Helpers were 15 minutes late. I wasn’t on a tight schedule so it was ok. They worked hard for 2 hours. I over estimated and had paid for 3 hours. I was told no way to refund. However, I did a similar thing in Chattanooga with U-Haul hired help and got a refund.
