The movers did not provide 2 hours of service. They made it clear they were only there to unload the truck and that was it. According to the site they had extra time and should've been able to help move additional items that were being moved. My boyfriend actually helped with the move too, which was even more infuriating. Would never use them again or recommended them. Moving is stressful enough but this was suppose to help ease the stress but it didn't.
