Please be advised this move was completed July 28th 2023, as there was a system error. Wayne was very professional and through with the move. To complete this job by himself, I felt terrible for him. He was very communicative and responsive to my outreach. He should definitely be commended for this hard work and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I'm really disappointed with my move. I never got a call from the before my move like they say. I had to call them multiple times the morning of, not knowing if they'd come. I continued to tell them during the move the boxes and items they put in the Uhaul would fall. They said it wouldn't. I took pictures, but it doesn't give an option to upload them. The next morning when I went in to open my UHaul, everything fell over. The movers broke 2-4 drawers or sets of my dresser, and they chipped the nightstand. When I told the mover, he just said, 'My bad'. But I told him I will move the nightstand. Towards the end, a mover began to use his knees and legs to push the items of mine on the dolly. He looked like he was kicking my items. I really felt like my stuff wasn't handled with care. If it weren't for me telling them they had to tie the items with a rope, all of my items would have fallen. I had to redo my entire packing and move. I would like a refund for my move.

I am a mover from NY and I had to do a job to Midlothian. I read the reviews for this company and decided to use them. Right off the start the communication from Tony was excellent. The next day he showed up on time with his crew. All I can say is that I have a used U-Haul moving help in many different locations. Tony and his team members were by far the best movers who have ever assisted me. They were on time, they knew what they were doing, and they were like laughing and having a good time while we all work together. As a mover I can tell anybody who is looking for moving help to definitely use Tony and his team members. These guys were awesome.
