U-Haul should never ever have Lucky Duck on their recommendation list! One of the worst experiences ever. The movers didn’t use any gloves, no lifting bands. They just used their bare hands. They said they could not move my furniture to the 2nd floor. They left some of my furniture in the garage. I had to move things on my own to the second floor with the help of my kids. They arrived late. They took so many calls while they were working. At one point I heard a conversation the worker had with a collection company. One of the movers wanted to talk and talk to me and my kids. I did not hire them to talk, I hired them to move my furniture and they were not good at it. U-HAUL DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Save other families a headache!
