Carlton and his assistant arrived 30 minutes late due to an accident When they arrived Carlton started by saying I wish you had cancelled your order I let him know that I still needed his help at which point Carlton and his helper started to move one item at a time After the Pod was loaded I asked him what will we do about the time, he was hired for 2 hours and only did 20 minutes of work. Again, he said I wish you had cancelled your order he then told my Pod driver to lower the Pod back down to the ground so he could take off the items that he had loaded. At this point I lost my composure and patience and called Uhaul customer service while I was on the phone Carlton said that I did not give him the payment code which I had given to him 5 times he said he didn't want my money, that he wished I had cancelled, and that I was being disrespectful to him. I would not recommend this company due to unprofessionalism.
