David and his colleague were incredibly helpful and efficient during the move. UHaul accidentally sent in the wrong Ubox, and they waited while the correct one was delivered. They handled the boxes with care and the unload was done quickly and efficiently once the correct UBox arrived.

David is the best! My phone was dead all morning the day of delivery and even though I wasn’t able to answer any of KB Operation’s phone calls, he still came through! The best mover experience I’ve had to date! David and crew were quick, efficient, and communicative. My apt building was a maze and they handled getting everything out with ease. I could hear them game planning on how to get stuff out and configure it in the pod. I didn’t understand all the terms but it worked! I was nervous about all my stuff fitting but was reassured that they’ll make it happen and so they did. I’ll recommend to my friends and if I ever move back to the DMV, I know who to call.
