The movers arrived on time(early). Introduced themselves. Went right to work and efficiently loaded everything. When arrived at unload location Super At making sure everything was unloaded and unloaded laced appropriately. They even finished ahead of the scheduled time. Highly recommend friendly efficient caring about the belongings and hard working

Very polite and courteous, however a number of pieces of furniture were damaged. Not wrapped properly to go on hand truck or in the truck. Multiple rub marks and abrasions on our furniture, a handle broken off of trunk, pieces dropped on the ground, deep scratches in our dining tabletop, marks on the walls and chips in the trim in both houses. Disappointing that a move 5 minutes down the street resulted in so much damage to our belongings.

I had a great experience with New Lyfe Xpress with loading my belongings into a U-Haul. They were on time, worked very quickly, and their customer service was amazing! They did a fantastic job neatly packing the U-Haul and they were able to fit way more things than I would have been able to if I loaded it myself. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!
