I hired this team through MovingHelp and had a very disappointing experience. The loaders arrived late and rushed through the job. The truck was loaded so poorly that large empty spaces were left throughout, and many of my belongings couldn’t fit. I now have to rent another U-Haul to go back to Virginia because the team failed to load the truck properly. When I arrived in North Carolina, even the unloaders commented on how unsafe and unprofessional the loading was. Items that could damage leather were placed directly on my furniture, and my expensive custom artwork was stacked and scratched. This service ended up costing me more time, money, and stress. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
