Was charged an extra $150 because the movers double booked and could not move me on Saturday. They asked me to move the reservation to Sunday , and when I did this I was hit with a $150 additional charge. Then when on-site unloading I was asked for an additional $40. A day late and $190 over what was advertised. I’m not pleased at all with the overall experience.
