The movers did a fantastic job getting all of my items to fit into the Uhaul truck. I was worried, but they made the whole move a breeze and worked their tails off! Asked which items required special attention, and made it clear they packed them into the truck safely.

The movers did not show up with any equipment (which really wouldn’t have been a problem if they were more helpful). One of the two helpers was outstanding, kind, and very helpful. The other, did not assist for about one third of the time we moved in. He was wandering off, tired, and left myself, my boyfriend, and the other helper without his assistance. This helper believed he saw a bear in the woods by our apartment, and wandered off for long periods of time and did not help. Unlike our other UHaul helpers who helped us load (these helpers helped us with unloading) my boyfriend and I did a lot of heavy lifting and helped the whole time they were there. If we had not done this, it would have taken hours to move in. As anyone who has moved before knows, we did not have hours to move in. So, we just sucked it up and did a lot of the heavy lifting. Not worth the money. We felt really bad for the helper who was outstanding and helped us the whole time.
