Israel reached out to me the day after I booked to go over the move. After we coordinated everything he confirmed the night before to make sure we were good to go. We agreed upon 8, he said he was running behind due to traffic and kept me updated on his status, which I appreciated. Some would’ve just shown up late, but he kept in communication to make sure I knew he was on the way. I booked for 3 hours because I thought, I don’t have that much stuff, but he told me he may end up going over the time, which we did. He made sure the job was finished, despite obstacles such as the elevator not locking, having to use a the service dock that was like miles away, and finally, having to lug my couch up 3 flights of steps because it wouldn''t fit in the elevator. I'm super satisfied with the service and would definitely book again. Thank You Israel and team!
