The request for moving help was answered by Marcus & in less than 30 minutes the job was confirmed for the following day. I was very pleasantly surprised by En Route’s rapid response! The 2-man moving team (Isaiah & Freddie) were timely, friendly, professional, and handled belongings with care. I was especially impressed by Isaiah who took the time to discuss expectations, conducted a quick walkthrough to confirm items to be loaded, and asked specific questions related to the upcoming drive that may impact how the truck was to be loaded.
