1 Star Very Disappointed With Company Professionalism The initial email response from DMV Relocators made me feel like I had found a reliable company for my move. Unfortunately that was the best part of the experience. I scheduled a morning arrival for 10.00 AM but the movers did not arrive until 12.30 PM. I called at 10.30 AM after waiting and was told they were on the way. When I called again at 11.00 AM I was told they were 15 minutes away and then the company stopped answering my calls altogether. I understand that delays happen and being a little late is understandable. But being two and a half hours late with no communication and still charging full price is extremely unprofessional. To be clear this review is NOT about the movers themselves. The movers were great and honestly deserve five stars. They were professional efficient and handled my belongings well. This review is strictly about the company’s poor professionalism and communication.

Not only were they 2 hours and forty minutes late, but I'm sure that if I hadn't kept calling every twenty or thirty minutes to find out when movers would be arriving, that no one will have showed up at all. I was told 'they are almost there', 'they are getting of of the expressway now', 'they are so close to you', and no one arrived. Then when I called an hour and a half after the agreed upon start time I asked to talk directly to the crew, finally I got a text with an ETA of 70 minutes later which tells me that no one was really every on the way. It made my Mom's moving day very stressful and very long. I do not recommend this company!
