The service was not as expected as they struggled moving large items , put holes in the walls , dropped my new dryer and could t determine how to remove an adjustable bed frame . The professionalism was superb but need to understand to be very careful moving customers belonging and not damage or damage property such as home walls.

This team of young gentlemen were fantastic! They worked so hard even though it was 90 degrees on moving day. They were flexible on moving time and understood UBOX drop offs aren't scheduled till a few days before. Additionally, they were able to fit all of my stuff into 4 boxes (saving me the storage fee of an additional box). That savings alone covers more than the cost of their help. Would highly recommend!

Javen was awesome! The co-worker he had scheduled to help with unloading my truck had a last-minute injury and couldn't show up, so Javen cheerfully did the entire unload by himself. Strong as an ox, dedicated, very careful with my stuff, followed instructions exactly ... couldn't ask for better help. I will definitely use him on future U-haul needs.

Javin and his partner did an incredible job. We have worked with multiple movers and companies over the years, and this team is top tier. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and very careful with all of our belongings. Additionally, Javin was personable and a pleasure to work with. Javin and Steven were excellent to work with! We couldn't have designed a better team to hire. Professional, dedicated, excellent communication, on time, stayed late... I can't say enough great things about them! It was just an incredible experience! Javin went above and beyond in every part of our job. When we got two-thirds of the way through unloading our truck into storage, we thought it wasn't going to fit. That's when Javin and Co. climbed all the way into the back of our storage unit and rearranged #everything# (every. single. thing) until we could get it all in. The whole time his team was happy and KIND. Although it was hard work, Javin and his team made it an incredibly enjoyable experience. I would recommend him and his team to anyone and everyone with 12 out of 10 stars. Javin is a very responsible entrepreneur (and also does taxes). PLEASE CALL THIS COMPANY.
