Easy to communicate with before and during the U-Box loading. The team was professional, polite, and handled our items with great care. They kept positive attitudes throughout, even with heavy pieces and a third-floor move. The only hiccup was that when they first arrived, we asked if they could help haul away a few items that wouldn’t fit in the U-Box, and they agreed, but later told us toward the end that they had a prior commitment and couldn’t. That left us in a bit of a bind. Overall, great experience and we’d definitely use them again.

If I could give negative stars for this company, I would. They did terrible job of packing the Uboxes, did not use the furniture pads that were provided, and jammed my furniture so that I had damage to 2 pieces of furniture. They stacked large boxes on top of smaller boxes and did such a poor job of packing that I ended up leaving things behind. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against this company and I strongly advise against using them. The company that I used to unload immediately took photos of the inside of the Uboxes once they saw how terrible they were packed, so at least I have evidence to share with MovingHelp.

We got off to a bad start with them informing me of a late arrival on their part. Crew of three young men showed up nearly two hours later than the agreed upon time but quickly and easily got me unloaded within 30 - 40 minutes. I had promised them that the job was a half an hour job to complete. I was happy with my experience with the three guys once they arrived.

Zach, Derrick and Marquis were communicative, kind, helpful, efficient and made things super easy for us. They handled delivery of a ubox and unloaded it and were very patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and where. Would recommend them and use them in the future!

Wow. Zach and Marvin were just outstanding to work with! Zach contacted me almost immediately after I made my request via the U-Haul site, and then we ironed out all the details. They helped pack up an entire room, plus some other stray items, then they moved it all to storage for me. Zach and Marvin work together really well as a team, were very professional, cheerful, and fun to talk with, too. And so VERY efficient! I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone to help with a move.
