Please have everything packed wrapped any furniture that needs to be taken apart and ready to go as well. This was to help me load & unload a truck with furniture & washer-dryer to donate to Goodwill (who could not take washer-dryer after all). Tony and his crew worked shoddily and appeared to want to leave quickly. After unloading the furniture at Gwill, they asked for the payment code right away. After I said I have 3 hours left and needed other help they became very aggressive. They cursed, yelled loudly in the streets (Goodwill even called the police but I mitigated the matter citing we are working out payment terms - police left in 3 minutes), threatened to sue me, & threatened me physically. They refused to pack-unpack for the other 3 hours, saying they don't do that service. After many calls I finally found a place to take the washer-dryer, Tony suggested to ride in the truck with me to go unload them but he asked me to release the payment code. This was done. Later, at a toll stop, he suddenly opened the door and hopped out to ride with his crew following us. Complete trash.
