We hired Nicholas Movers through U-Haul. They arrived on time, but at the end of our 2-hour booking, they left without telling us two rooms were unfinished we assumed the job was complete and tipped based on that. The truck was packed very poorly items weren’t secured, no blankets were used until we asked, and those were shoved in without protecting furniture. We voiced concerns about shifting during our drive through mountains but were told it would be fine. Upon arrival, we found extensive damage a couch leg broken beyond repair, deep scratches on bed rails, and nearly every piece of furniture harmed. The service was careless and unprofessional, resulting in costly, irreversible damage. We cannot recommend them.

These gentlemen were on time and very polite. I wish they had taken my instructions a little better, though, because I ended up getting too small of a truck for my belongings, and instead of them getting all the furniture in there, leaving me with boxes that I could drive in several SUV trips, I ended up with several furniture pieces remaining, which necessitated me renting a U Haul trailer as well. Overall, pretty good and fast service, and nothing broken.

These young men are professional, very accommodating. They arrived on time, surveyed everything that was going on the truck and got right to it! I added more items and it didn’t bother them. They loaded and unloaded a packed 15’ truck in about 50 min. Met me at the storage unit and carefully unloaded and set my boxes down gently. I wish I had taken a photo of the finished job. I highly recommend Nichols Moving Pros. With service this good expect to see them competing with the big companies soon. This my 32nd move. I know quality movers and Nichols Moving Pros are the best I’ve ever hired.
