Made Essential Movers Company

Communication was terrible. I had to call the movers the day before after not hearing from them at all to make sure they were still coming. Was told that yes they would be there at 5pm, at noon I receive a text from them stating that they are unsure they are able to come anymore. So I call them and he states that he’s not sure but will know in the next 30 minutes and call me back. 1 hour goes by I call back and he states they can come but will be 530-6pm. They finally arrived at 620pm smelling like weed. There was multiple times they hit our door frames, walls and scratched our floors. We had to stop them multiple times from causing more damage to things. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

Darrell and his team were amazing!!! Hands down one of the fastest perfect moves I've had thanks to them. They kept me updated on ETA, arrived and got a game plan and executed it perfectly. Our move was complete in 1.5 hours. Highly recommend Darrell and his team for your move.

Darrell was able to find an assistant after some scheduling issues on their end but they delivered and were efficient and speedy after figuring out how to optimize the small space given in the truck.

Daryl was on time and worked hard for the 4 hours we hired them. They worked with us to get furniture rearranged in the house and loaded on the truck with no complaints. I'd hire them again.

I guess they did the best they could for now. They loaded the truck and there were some extra stuff that didn’t fit but they packed that thing as full as it gets. I mostly wanted the appliances and heavy furniture loaded first, but they loaded mostly boxes. They did some heavy stuff to be fair. The helper was green which is fine, but he kept dropping stuff off the truck. I hope nothings broken. Good guys though they were nice. Maybe it was my fault for not being clear on what I wanted, but now I have to figure out how to load this heavier furniture by myself.
