The Pros Movers

Carlos and his helper were not on time. Pro Movers broke tie down straps that were necessary to secure items within the truck. Carlos left trash in the driveway of the apartment.( ginger ale can) There were missing tools after unpacking the uhaul truck and placing the material into a locked storage unit that I unloaded myself. Carlos was moving stuff from packed totes and boxes during the move for what I thought was to get everything in the truck now stuff is missing. I purchased protection for a safe move and I got missing items and broken materials.

The two-person crew was very efficient to unload a 16-foot POD in less than an hour. Both men were courteous, trustworthy, attentive and took directions well. I would definitely hire them again.
