I received loading help for a 26 foot uhaul. Charlie kept me informed throughout the scheduling process and asked detailed questions to be sure he knew what I needed to get the job done. AJ and Wyatt were professional and courteous. They worked nonstop in hot weather. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Urban Gorillaz!!

The movers did not pack my U-Haul with care. Additionally they took too long to to load the truck and did not utilize the equipment I had purchased. Upon arrival there weee several damaged items and the glass in my moms hutch was broken. There also was several items that fell out and almost hit me.

Charlie and his team were timely and got the job done! I was moving my storage from Lynchburg to Richmond and needed help loading it in Lynchburg. The crew showed up on time and helped me get my truck loaded. I didn't have anyone to unload in Richmond as the help I had there fell through. Charlie found me some unloading help in Richmond immediately; what a blessing! I was able to add those additional hours through the app and pay all at once for both the loading and unloading. I will use them again if I ever need help with a move!!
