We are a small family owned business. We provide all needs including packing loading and cleaning. We take pride in being honest and being dependable for our customers.
Movers showed up late and had a child with them, that was in the way constantly. When the child was directed to move out of the way the moving employee (father) got aggressive with one of my family members. Movers didn't listen when told to put items in certain locations. Caused some minor damage to walls and stairs and some furniture. Overall they got it done but having a child onsite is a legal liability if she was to get hurt. Overall unprofessional and discourteous. Also did not have any moving equipment with them.

Picked Diverse Moving Company based on the price and unfortunately we got what we paid for. They texted the day before to confirm start time & unload or load and they were 30 minutes late. We specifically asked the movers to only pack heavy furniture into the Uhaul but they packed boxes, bins & bags, leaving us to reorganize the items they put into the truck and lift the heavy furniture. At 5 minutes over the 2 hour mark they told us they were done. If you need anything other than boxes packed, choose better movers.

They are nice guys but one them requested the payment code before job is done. I told him to wait until job is done then he got offended and started acting differently..
