Jay went over and beyond my expectations. He helped me with getting to U Haul.location and getting key out of lock box. I have a broken arm that required surgery and I couldn't have done this without his help. It was a stressful move for me and Jay made it easier. Thanks!

Movers damaged my coffee table beyond repair (valued at about $200). They put it upside down when there was no need to do so (it was top heavy). We had a 26 foot truck with plenty of space. Wish they would have brought a hand truck so they wouldn’t have to carry things. Jay & Rome we’re very speedy even though we couldn’t get the lock off the truck and son had to get bolt cutters. Rome got his exercise in for the day with taking boxes downstairs. Will be hiring again.
