They got right to work with minimal direction and packed up our entire place so beautifully. Made unloading and packing a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone else!

Steve and Shasta were great ! very helpful and soothing my nerves .. it was raining and the parking lot was a bit far from my new apartment. they handled it well. we did go overtime and I told them I would pay the overtime... but I was surprised when Shasta asked that I Pay her cash for the overtime. I did pay the overtime of $110.00 That she asked for. I offered to give them a tip but Shasta said to do that via the website. So I came here to do just that, as they DID do a fantastic job overall. I had to wait til my internet was installed to review this. and I note there is a charge on my bill for overtime. So I am concerned about that. I will not add my tip until this is resolved . Am I being charged twice for the overtime?
