M.C. Movers DMV

I give M.C. Movers 10 out of 10! From the very first phone call with Michelle, to make an appointment, to the two gentlemen, Franklin and Justino, who did the moving. Michelle was very professional, polite, and friendly. She asked all the questions necessary to make the move a great success. Not only were Franklin and Justino professional, polite, and friendly, they were fast and efficient. They treated all items as if they were their own. They wrapped, protected, and packed the truck and the storage facility very efficiently. Great job!!

Movers listened to my concerns regarding not scratching wood floors or damaging interior walls or doors. We worked as a team to get the job done in 4 trips (1.5 hours). 3.75 stars for the following reasons a. Movers took 14 minutes to advise me of late start and didn't account for time it takes to check in, complete paperwork, procure U-Haul truck they reserved, and hitch trailer with U-Box, etc. As a result, arrived an hour later than scheduled; b. It took more than 10 minutes to park the U-Haul truck with the hitch, which further delayed unload; c. If I had not borrowed the bellman cart from building operations as a backup, we would've taken twice as long to unload with the one hand cart they brought--this despite providing photos, detailing U-box content, and confirming they hand moving equipment. Friendly, patient, and personable customer service otherwise. Potential to be very good with improvement to logistics that make moving seamless within a time block.
