Initial communication was positive and clear, but on the day of the move, the team was an hour late and they could not be reached during that time. Before the move, I shared that I had antiques and care was needed. I provided moving blankets and wrap, but they were not used. Items were severely damaged during the move that will cost hundreds to repair, including an antique table that I was told would not have any heavy items put on top of it. During the move, items were knocked over, including the flat screen tv.

I just had this company come and move about the amount of a studio apartment into a 15 foot U-Haul. I picked them off of the U-Haul app. The reviews on the app looked good so I chose them. SO glad I did! Prompt, professional, friendly, thorough, efficient and strong! I had two men for 2 hours. They were done in 1 hour 10 min! They took extra care of my items and packed the truck extremely well! I am pleasantly shocked and appreciate their professionalism and care. I’d choose them in any of the services they offer because they are a company that believes in excellence! Thank you so much!!!
