Great communication, very understanding, helpful, organized, and just plain nice folks. Offered to get a truck and trailer so they could bring both u-boxes in one go instead of one at a time, which was a separate charge -- initially I was like, 'ehhh I don't know,' but I went for it in the end, and that turned out perfect. Unloading, they were careful about the house and efficient without rushing. Definitely calling them if we need movers again.
