DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!! Plan and expectations were set at the very beginning and was assured that our move would be no problem. Movers Enrique and partner milked the clock for a move that shouldn’t have taken more than 3 hours, we ended up adding additional 2 hours via U-Haul app to accommodate finish of move and move was never completed after being reassured it could be. It took 3 hours for them to load a 15’ truck from a 1 bedroom apartment. Was left with U-Haul truck full of items. They scratched brand new wood furniture even though dolly and blankets were purchased from U-Haul and provided to them. Made complaint and Chris was very unapologetic and did not provide any relief for the situation. I will not be using them again! DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!
