Now that all is said and done, we were very glad to have used Rain City Movers to help us load our U-Haul. We lived in a third floor apartment and have some hefty furniture and Scott and his team were nothing but professional and handled our personal belongings with care and even managed to get the job done well ahead of schedule. We’d Highly recommend them for your next move if you want it to be seamless.

I had a great experience with Rain City Movers moving helpers. They did a great job carefully loading the U-Haul truck (paid attention to my notes on boxes with fragile items), communication was on time and professional. I'd definitely recommend them!

First, the movers showed up 30 minutes late. I showed the team the apartment area and the elevator. There seemed to be no plan on unloading the truck. In the past with other movers, they staged items and would fill the elevator completely but it appeared that they would only take a few items each trip. Additionally, the two that were going up the elevator took pictures and videos out my apartment windows which was very unprofessional and one of them seemed to be consistently eating. Because of their lack of staging and not filling the elevator to capacity, I had to purchase another hour. This is my third move using different crews and none have taken more than three hours to load and unload a 26’ truck. I would not recommend them.
