AMoving

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring AMoving for my move, and I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their service. To put it bluntly, they were unprepared and irresponsible from start to finish. Firstly, the movers arrived without any essential moving equipment. They had no hand trucks, no dollies, and seemed utterly unprepared for the job. It's basic knowledge that such equipment is necessary for a smooth and efficient move, yet they showed up empty-handed. To make matters worse, instead of moving our belongings directly to our Uhaul Box, they left our boxes in various unsecured locations around the neighborhood. They referred to these spots as staging areas, but in reality, they were just random, unsecured places where our belongings were at risk of theft or damage. This was not only careless but also highly stressful, as we had to keep an eye on our things scattered all over the place.

These guys showed up an hour after I placed the order which was incredible. We were extremely tired and could not finish the move and they showed up on a holiday no less to help us in our time of need. They were quick, efficient and even drove down to help us unload to finish the job. Absolutely wonderful.

This company was great. I was a little concerned because of some other reviews that said they didn't show up, but it sounds like they had some employee problems that were resolved. They were great about contacting me to confirm the job, and answered my call quickly when I had a question. They showed up 15 minutes early and worked SO HARD in 80+ degree heat, enthusiastically and professionally. The job was done faster than I had planned and WAY faster than if we had tried to do it ourselves. All for a very reasonable price. They earned that and more - I gave them what I could afford for a tip, but I wish I could have given them more. I'm definitely using them for the second part of my move next month. Thanks so much!
