This wasn’t a great experience. When they showed up 15 minutes late, there was only one adult and his small 14 year old daughter. When I told him that we had a lot of heavy lifting today, and needed another adult, the response I got was quote I couldn’t find my brother, so I brought my daughter end quote. I was in a bind so we proceeded. It felt inappropriate to ask this young girl to lift huge items, so we got her to grab lighter things while me and my nephew ended up doing more than expected. The job got done in time, they worked hard, but before hiring them again I would confirm who is actually available that day.
