They loaded the truck pretty quickly which was good but they didn’t follow any of my simple directions. I asked them to put certain items in first and they didn’t, I also asked for certain items to go in last - like a mattress to sleep on when I get to my new house and it was packed way too high to get to it. When the truck was full, they stopped working and left which meant I had to move a queen murphy bed unit downstairs by myself along with some other things. I reached out and told them they didn’t finish the job and the reply was ‘I thought you knew that was up there’. Why would I hire movers and purposely leave large heavy items upstairs to move by myself?
