Appointments are synced to our calendar upon booking and a representative from our company will reach out the workday before your scheduled move. ALL appointments that go OVER the scheduled time to pay at 1.5x rate with an extra 2-hour minimum booking. We are NOT allowed to provide any moving materials.
First, I applaud the movers for doing an excellent job getting everything loaded. While, they did leave a few dings and scratches on walls, and did not report it, I don't think this was deliberate as most of the furniture was heavy; a fore-warning was provided in advance of the move. However, the communication was problematic. Multiple managers were calling us and this made it confusing when it came time to provide the payment code and request an additional hour. The additional hour was because the movers added the bulkhead on the semi and tried to load the remaining furniture outside the bulkhead; not understanding that all furniture must be loaded before the bulkhead. This required them to unload about 8’ feet of furniture, remove the bulkhead, and reload it. Due to the multiple managers, I request an additional hour with one, who approved it. However, the movers were communicating with another manager who was unaware, and this created confusion. There is more but I'm out of room.

I had 2 wonderful people give me a hand with my move. They were nice, friendly and we even had a good conversation about each other! I found out one of them spoke 4 languages. The only thing that went wrong during the move is my computer desk broke. This was not the fault of the movers. Other then that it went very smoothly and they were able to move my furniture through a very tough set of stairs. 10 out of 10 I'm gonna be going with these guys when I move out!

The 2 guys showed up on time. They were polite and careful with my things and worked so fast they were done in an hour unloading a 15 foot truck that was completely full up to a second floor apartment. I highly recommend this company.

Communication with Brandt was great, however there was a disconnect on the guys and him and not showing up on the agreed upon time. We agreed upon 0730 and they showed up around 0645 which didn’t allow me to take my children to school in a timely manner. While I am very grateful for the help, I was disappointed with there being a few items heavily scratched and one broken. I really appreciate the man (older of the two) going out of his way to interact with my son and answer his questions. He also was very respectful with taking shoes off on carpets and helped assemble my couch and put cushions on. Even with the few negatives I’ve encountered I would still hire again as I know they will get the job done effectively and timely.
