They made what was already a stressful time even worse. Izzy was a hard worker, but Isaac spent most of his time talking to the neighbors or to his boss. He would occasionally come back to scream at Izzy for not doing a good job. Isaac packed my truck so poorly that the movers who unloaded my truck were shocked. My furniture was broken along the way because Isaac did nothing to stabilize it. Additionally, they didn’t know how to unhook my car from the truck, even though they were supposedly working for Uhaul. Isaac was constantly trying to steal Izzy’s money and, in fact, refused to give him his share of the tip that I gave them. (He didn’t deserve a tip, but he approached me about one and gave me his Venmo account.) Overall, they were highly unprofessional and embarrassing. Heidi decided to personally attack me after I posted a bad review of them on another site. I don’t know why they’re associated with Uhaul because they are certainly a bad representation of Uhaul.
