I hired 2 laborers to start at 12pm. I called at 1pm, was told they would arrive at 130pm. At 130pm, one person showed up. The second person never arrived. As a result, I had to do more of the moving and the job took twice as long. I am very unhappy with Marshall’s and U-Haul moving services. I would not recommend to others.

The guy came in late because of the traffic but started and wrapped up all our stuff. Great communication, sincerity and also helped arrange cartons and bags in a secure manner on PODs. Impressed by their professionalism and overall service. Will recommend.
