THANK YOU COZMO FOR THE AMAZING JOB TODAY!!! IF I could give 10 stars I would!!! They were professional, fast and considerate of our things. With the extra help, we were able to clear out a 10x30 fully loaded storage unit to another and unloaded earlier than the two hours quoted!! Totally worth the money. I had never used this service before and I will definitely be calling for any future help in moving!! COZMO went above and beyond and even called a friend with a tow truck too remove a piece of industrial equipment that I no longer needed and at no extra cost!!!! Very pleased with the services!!! Thank you so much!!!

We were very frustrated with their lack of professionalism and care during the moving process. I even bought and prepared supplies, like furniture covers, but they removed them without telling us and moved all the furniture outside in the rain. They poorly handled and ruined our items, like my expensive white couch, which is now all scuffed up with rain damage and dirt. We had to give some things away in the end, and had to replace many items for our new home which costed us a lot. When we brought up our issues and frustrations with them, they tried to blame things on us or others and didn't take full accountability. We ended with a cordial conversation but we don't plan to work with them again. Didn't appreciate the way they handled the overall moving experience.

We were very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and lack of accountability when we raised issues about some damage done to our items during the move. They also tried to end the moving process before bringing everything in to storage. Thankfully, my fiancé stood his ground that they need to complete the job we hired them to do and agreed on, and bring everything into storage. It still wasn't done carefully and more damage was done to our items, so we had to give some things away in the end. We had to replace many items for our new home and it cost us a lot. We even had to Zelle them more money for overtime because they did not anticipate how many people to bring for the move, even though we answered all of their questions as to how much furniture we had to move, and they tried to blame things on us or others. We ended with a cordial conversation but we don't plan to work with them again. Didn't appreciate the way they handled the overall moving experience.

Booked same day and they were there within the hour. I had forgotten it was New Years Eve and they still came and got the truck loaded. Great service!!
