I wasn't happy having to pay an extra hour of work. They weren't quick, they took breaks, and one of the guys literally complained the entire time. He appologized for his behavior once, but never changed it. He was cranky, cussing, mad, the company sent him there. I had college guys move me in using no equipment in less than 2 hours. But theses 2 men are part of a moving company and took 4 hours before they even were done loading. thats with equipment. I feel like they could have gotten majority of it done before their 3 hour limit. They were willing to finish without charging for how long they are were there. The one guy was nice enough to only charge me for 1 hour extra. This 3 hour job ended up being almost 5 hours. If I use this company again, I will requesting not this crew!

Above and beyond. Flexible and accommodating for our Saturday request on short notice. Showed up with smiles and a great work effort. The job was not difficult, however, did involve a lot of walking plus elevator plus more walking. It was accomplished with a smile and no complaints.Mahalo nui loa
