The 2 guys showed up on time. They were polite and careful with my things and worked so fast they were done in an hour unloading a 15 foot truck that was completely full up to a second floor apartment. I highly recommend this company.

Communication with Brandt was great, however there was a disconnect on the guys and him and not showing up on the agreed upon time. We agreed upon 0730 and they showed up around 0645 which didn’t allow me to take my children to school in a timely manner. While I am very grateful for the help, I was disappointed with there being a few items heavily scratched and one broken. I really appreciate the man (older of the two) going out of his way to interact with my son and answer his questions. He also was very respectful with taking shoes off on carpets and helped assemble my couch and put cushions on. Even with the few negatives I’ve encountered I would still hire again as I know they will get the job done effectively and timely.

Everything was completed in a timely manner. Only two cons are that I didn’t need the full two hours but you can’t reserve for less so I didn’t tip considering I only had them for a little over an hour. Two is that I had a pod to move and the pod wasn’t loaded very efficiently so I had to go back in and reorganise to make more space.
