I knew that it took myself and 1 other to load a full 6x12 uhaul in about 3 hours. These guys managed to unload said trailer, carry everything up to the third floor, and avoid breaking or losing anything in just 1 hour. They were about 15 minutes late, but traffic in this area and at this time is a beast. Well worth the pay and extra wait!

I will start off by saying that the guys that came to my house worked extremely fast. So fast that they dinged up my walls and caused damage to my house. I texted the owner to ask about how we were going to resolve this and have heard nothing from him. Texted him again a few days after and still nothing. I would not work with these guys ever again after this shit. I would highly recommend using Heavy Movers. They were professional and communicated extremely well.

Called promptly to set up the move, was flexible when we were forced to change the time, dismantled a TV stand for us we couldn't figure out, and loaded the truck and storage unit very efficiently.
