They arrived right on time and were incredibly hard-working and efficient. And when our move took longer than possible & the truck wasn't completely unloaded, they even enlisted a friend of theirs to finish up for us. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

I was impressed that the Moon company responded quickly, even though I called them close to 7PM. It was quite a predicament since all my other mover options were unable to come so late since my UHAUL storage pods were dropped off 4 hrs later than originally planned (7PM) and had to be unpacked by the following morning at 8AM. Though there were only two movers they were professional, respectful and very hard working. I was super grateful that they arrived by 8PM and finished at 10PM-I would call them again for sure, I highly recommend Moon company for their responsiveness. I was skeptical that it would be possible but they pulled off safely and kindly.

Communication barriers with non-English speaking, wife related information via text to mover. Should try to work on limiting barriers so customer’s can communicate directly to limit a 30 min delay at the location. Not understanding about having faulty equipment while delayed arrival and continuing to charge .

I have moved at least a dozen times and I have never been so pleased with my movers. They were careful with my things, polite, efficient, and worked fast. They went over and beyond to provide best service. At the end of the move I could not find my keys. The principal offered to stay behind with me, and help me look everywhere, even though his job was done and he had been paid.
