Chase and Nick were great! They were very careful with all of my things and super quick! I have a few really large and heavy items and they moved them with ease would book again!

I’ll admit while they begged me to give a 5 star review, I could not in good conscience do so given the experience I had and the condition my things arrived in once I arrived in phoenix. For one, the communication was last minute. 24 hours in advance means more than 24 hours, not the day before. They could have let me know that I needed to provide tie downs and straps knowing this was a multi state move. The movers arrived reeking of marijuana and were unprepared for a 4 bedroom house move. They did not have dollies and I called to address this with the owner. They did not pack the uhaul right. This was documented by the movers in Phoenix who were concerned this was not done by a professional moving company. Finally when we came to the end there were a few boxes still needing to be packed and when I asked what it would be to get it done they said they didn’t think it would be worth it given that they charge minimum 2 hours and time and a half. All in all I feel like this was subpar.

These guys were so great! They went above and beyond to help me at my worst in a hectic move. They packed the truck tight and fit stuff in all the gaps and organized things well when they unloaded into the storage unit. Super awesome helpers!!

The movers were an hour later than the window that was given. I had to contact movers to ask when and if they were still coming before hearing about the delay. I've moved twice with two of my tv sets and haven't had any problems but the movers put it next to the couch and the clip that connects the couches gouged both of my televisions and broke them. But other than the broken televisions and the delay, the movers were helpful and quick.
