They were an hour late and dropped multiple items. My boxes were labeled for certain rooms, but they put all my boxes in one area. They dropped my 500 dollar boflex weights and didn't bother to put them back together. Next time pay a little extra for better movers

The unload went smoothly overall, though again a bit slower than expected. The movers were careful and respectful with our belongings, and everything arrived mostly in good shape. We did notice a few chips on our dresser after unloading, it’s possible we could have wrapped it better, but I would have expected a professional crew to offer some guidance on how to better protect it. Overall, decent service, just not quite the level of professionalism I anticipated

The loading process felt a bit unorganized and slower than expected. The movers were polite, but I expected a more professional experience since the service was booked through U-Haul. They preferred to use dollies for most items instead of carrying them, which made things move at a slower pace. The truck was packed extremely well and everything was secured safely, which I really appreciated.
