These guys were awesome. On time, hard workers, great at stacking the truck. And they were able to stay an extra hour to help finish unloading (the 4 hours I'd estimated to load + unload wasn't quite enough). Highly recommended, and if I move again in the area I'll be using them again. The only slight negative was communication. They didn't reach out to me to schedule a time. And their phone number had changed since I booked them on MovingHelp. So when I texted and called the number shown on my MovingHelp order a couple of days before the move to schedule I didn't hear back and was a bit worried. Then I noticed that on the MovingHelp website the number was different and when I tried that one I heard back within a couple of hours. So some of this is on MovingHelp for not notifying me of the number change, and me for not reaching out to schedule and confirm earlier.

If it were not for Paul and his OUTSTANDING service and communication, this score would be much lower. Marisa, the person who responded to my booking, first told me to expect them around ten am. Then called to say it would be a little later. I did not hear from her until after Noon and they did not arrive until almost six! The saving grace was the actual mover, Paul, who text me every step of the way once that first move was finished. There was a snafu with the number of pods delivered and he handled it like a champ and got everything loaded in under thirty minutes. I cannot state how different my experience and this review would have been without Paul.
