I recently hired 'Better Than Average Movers' company for moving help, and it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The only positive was that they showed up on time, everything else was a disaster. The movers worked painfully slow, taking over four hours to load and unload just one queen bed, two sofas, and a few kitchen boxes. Because of their sluggish pace, I was charged for two extra hours. They also showed no care for my belongings or apartment, damaging wall corners (which my apartment later charged me to repair) and scratching almost all my furniture & kitchen stuff. Some items were so badly damaged I threw them away. The movers were also disrespectful, even arguing with the apartment manager. I was so frustrated I had to help them just to finish faster and let them go away. Overall, this company was unprofessional, careless, and inefficient. Avoid them at all costs. Never ever again!

Terrible experience. They showed up an hour and a half late, smelling like marijuana. They were extremely slow and damaged my porch railing.

Darrien and his team were great. The move including a baby grand piano went without any issues. They arrived on time and finished earlier. I highly recommend them.
