Do not hire these guys. I tried to work with Tony, the owner, as the person who was supposed to show up at my house was a no-show and was incognito. He sent folks who were not professional movers. They were quick, but upon further examination, it was because they put no care or intention into packing a box that had to go over 2,000 miles. They broke my furniture and packed things in a way that no professional mover ever would. One of the men also made an inappropriate pass at me, asking me if I was partnered. I hired professionals for a reason, because I needed reliable help and folks who know how to pack things. These folks were not trained at all and felt like a last-minute cheap labor move because the owner is running a company that is a mess. I did not want to write this review. I wanted to work with them and still have a positive experience. When I tried to tell Tony what happened and sent him photos of the bad job, he ghosted me.

Absolute pathetic experience. They were a bunch of 18 year old's who doesn't have any prior experience with moving. I reserved this movers because they were the most expensive ones assuming you get good movers. But whole thing turned upside down. Tony said he will do the job for free but his team asked me the code. I don't need free service but i need a professional service & they are not. on top of paying hefty amount I am now left with expensive broken furniture. Absolutely pathetic & no experience whatsoever. They packed my truck in a way that all the things are broken & not usable. I have been trying to reach Tony & he blocked my number.

When initially booked them I had an 8;30am start time. The night before they changed it to 10, but didn’t show up until 11;30am. No phone call from them letting me know they were running late. The guys threw things on the truck faster than I could get it organized or strapped down. Overall the people were nice enough but definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend.

Our second time using Valley Helpers movers. Again, the helpers were friendly, professional, and took great care of our belongings. They asked where things were to be placed and went above and beyond to ensure our things were put where we wanted them. HIGHLY recommend this company to work with!!
