Movers were supposed to arrive between 1pm-2pm. At 215pm I called to verify the address and was told they were still near Milwaukee. Was told it would be another 2 hrs. Then at 4pm was finally called and then they said 530pm. Then got a text that it would be 550pm. I had family there to help me but because of all the pushing back, they couldn't stay long to help when the movers finally arrived. Once they were there, they did well, but this pushed back everything and was disappointing.

Movers arrived on time and I haven't found anything that was damaged. I paid for two movers for two hours. Three people showed up, but the job ended up taking three hours. I'll be the first to admit that I have a lot of stuff, but I don't recall loading taking nearly that long when I used a local vendor (not off this site).

Cook’s did a perfect job. They dealt with steep, narrow staircases, heavy items, and a rainstorm during the unloading. They pulled it off without any damage to the furniture or walls or floors. Excellent crew!
