Hi - I had a job from 9am to 11 am the movers were booked perfectly so they could match the hours we had the elevator reserved and the uhaul. The day before they confirmed they could work those hours. They came in at 10;37am, that is more than an hour a half late to the designated time for a 2 hour move. Since we only had that allotted time, my boyfriend and I moved most of the things ourselves and they worked only for 30 minutes (11;15am MAX). I request to have a refund of at least an hour of work given that the movers were extremely late. They just claimed that they said they had a job prior to us. However, how were we supposed to know they double booked us. If they would have said no from the start we would have just looked for someone else to do the move. Also, they left me on read regarding my request for refund. So keep that in mind in case you don’t like the service

second time I have used this team, they are great and I recommend them highly. They showed up on time, worked smoothly and asked questions when they needed to. They took extremely good care of our delicate boxes and even helped me move live plants I cannot recommend them highly enough
