Yesterday, Dontae and Amondo from Triple D & Associates moved contents from a second floor one-bedroom apartment into my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all belongings with care. Nothing was damaged during the move. What stood out to me was their professionalism and friendly attitude throughout, especially after booking their service through the U-Haul MovingHelp Service. I had previously booked through two other movers, who didn’t respond to calls, texts, or emails - which required me to have to reschedule. Dontae responded quickly to my first text, immediately confirmed the schedule, and lots of important information. Moving can be stressful, but they made it an absolute breeze. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free moving experience!
