The owner contacted me 3 days before the move to finalize a time and then again the day of the move just to make sure everything was good. We had to move them back an hour and they worked with us on that as well. The movers were on time, got the job done in under the allotted time, worked around the challenges of our apartment building and were some of the nicest guys I’ve met! I would highly recommend to anyone who’s moving, use these guys!

Never again! This company (and some of its workers) are incompetent!!! After 45 min of waiting, i called the company, who had not even sent movers at our agreed upon time. I waited another 25 min for two movers to arrive. One was competent and the other was not. They began to load the truck inappropriately- with light things on the bottom and heavier boxes on top. I asked them to move some of the lighter crushed boxes to the top and they did, thankfully. By the end, the two were arguing about where to put things and the incompetent one was complaining about how my stuff was too flimsy. I directed them how to pack the final things and was glad to wish them goodbye. I drove carefully to a friend's and when i opened the truck, all of the things (including heavier boxes) they had insisted upon loading up front had fallen over all the other things in back, pushing my bike chain into wooden furniture. It's scratched to the point of not being able to sand out. Terrible job!!!!!!
