They left 45 minutes early. He complained because he thought he saw a cockroach, but didn't show it to me. He said if he knew there were roaches he wouldn't have taken the job. He also complained about some of the totes, said they were too heavy. He said there was a t0lb limit. I was never told about a weight restriction other than 200lbs for big items. I would not recommend him or use their service again. Very disappointing.

PHENOMENAL. Marcos and his helper were beyond amazing. 1st, I placed my order through UHAUL, within 5 minutes Marcos called to confirm, ask detailed questions about the type of move , (empty a 10x24storage unit)he was polite , professional, friendly and an reassuring that he would make all this happen smoothly. I knew when I hung up the phone , that end of my move was all set . I had not moved in well over 25yrs do I was a bit nervous. Marcos was pleasant, was early , was beyond efficient with handling the inside of the moving truck ( 26ft) and packing it with grace and efficiency. Marcos was well worth every penny. I wish I could hire him here in NC to unload my pods. The NC end of moving help (also thru UHAUL ) reminded me how lucky I was to find a moving help company like EZ MOVERS as I stated earlier PHENOMENAL. EFFICIENT. PROFESSIONAL. FRIENDLY. KIND.CAREFUL. INTEGRITY. Thank you , Marcos !!
