The movers ultimately completed the job, but the experience had some challenges. They arrived about three hours later than the scheduled time, and communication about the delay would have been appreciated. I also wish a bit more care had been taken with handling and loading items, as the truck did not appear to be packed as strategically as it could have been. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.

Unfortunately they were 1 hr late! But did communicate while they were heading to my destination. Mine was a small job that they knocked out in a flash, however their tardiness caused me additional expense on the hourly rental of the van I had rented. Overall - very courteous, polite and helpful and careful not to cause any damage which was appreciated. They expertly knew exactly how to accomplish the task which was appreciated. They were late almost an hour after the agreed upon arrival time which caused our departure from Bradenton to be delayed. They arranged coffee table frame in a manner that caused to get scratched in a couple of spots.

Excellent service. They are a very professional team and I recommend them 100. They were punctual maintained clear communication at all times and paid close attention to every detail. They handled everything with great care. They disassembled and reassembled items properly protected the furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. They also left everything clean and organized at the end. I also want to highlight their friendliness and positive attitude throughout the entire process which made the move smooth and stress free. If you are looking for a reliable and professional team they are definitely the best choice. Highly recommended.
